Children are born with an innate nature to break the Ten Commandments. What does this mean?  We are born without the ability to visually see Heaven.  If you could see Heaven, your actions on Earth would be different.  Since we can't see Heaven many don't believe it exists, so they get caught up in this world.  Lacking the ability to see heaven gives us the innate nature to break the Ten Commandments.   This world will not last forever, however our lack of vision prevents us from seeing the eminent doom it faces.  So why are the strong so selfish?  Selfishness concerns being spoiled and unresponsive to any help or gifts that have been given.  Children can become very selfish, if they are given everything they want.  If we could see Heaven we could take everything we want.  Thus, this spiritual characteristic is passed on from parents to child. How does sin provide the evidence for this spiritual characteristic? When people engage in homosexual activity, heterosexuals think about homosexual activities. What makes a person a visible homosexual is acting on these thoughts. The Bible states that a married man that has a sexual though about another woman other than his wife has committed adultery. If everyone on the planet turned homosexual, then the case would easily be made that this behavior is wrong.  Homosexuals are one sexual, which means that they are in love with their own sexuality. They know how their body works and it is easier to please someone if you know what they desire since they have the same body.  The issue with God is not the sex, it is the self love associated with the love.  The devil is a control freak, because of his self love.  Homosexuals argue that they are born with homosexual tendencies. If this is true, then homosexuals are born insane. Animals in the wild that not knowingly do something wrong are insane. Our legal system is set up this way. If a person is mentally ill and does not know the difference between right and wrong and commits a crime we prosecute them under the insanity plea. An insane person cannot comprehend death.

Sin concerns knowing the difference between right and wrong and making the wrong choice. This spiritual characteristic is passed on from our parents.  Why is it impossible for humans to evolve from Bacteria or Apes? In a court of law if I know the difference between right and wrong I cannot blame someone who is insane for my crime. We cannot blame Apes or Bacteria for our crimes. If Evolution is ever made a Law, then every person that is in prison can legally declare a mistrial. Currently does our justice system hold those that are insane responsible for crimes that are committed by people that know the difference between right and wrong? Only under the insanity plea; insane people are placed in hospitals not prisons. 

Evolution directly from bacteria would set up a hypocritical system of Government. A government founded on evolution would allow man to hold those that are insane responsible for his crimes or allow man to hold those that know the difference between right and wrong responsible for his crimes. Hypocrisy is the government of evolution. Democracy was founded on the principle that Adam was created out of dust and Eve out of his rib. The origin of man was a distinct event and democracy is the evidence.

If we evolved directly from Apes, then our justice system convicts criminals under a false pretext. Therefore this is ground for a mistrial. The best evidence for this concerns sexual molestation of children. If we evolved from Apes or Bacteria, then the man or woman that sexually molests a child can blame the child for the crime. Jesus spoke very harshly about people that sexually abuse children. He said it would have been better if they had not been born. This is the proof that evolution directly from Apes or Bacteria is not possible. Something that knows the difference between right and wrong cannot blame something that does not. Jesus said,” I am THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE. Neanderthal man is the evidence that Jesus spoke the truth. A virgin birth of Adam and Eve in Neanderthal man is the only possibility for evolution, base on the word of Jesus. His word means that Adam and Eve became human just like Jesus. For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders (Isaiah9:6). Jesus turned water into wine, which is a spontaneous generation. Thus the creation of Adam and Eve from dust and a rib is possible. Jesus Christ did not come to disprove the Genesis story of Creation. Jesus proved that with God anything is possible. However, the government currently rests on the shoulders of Adam and Eve. They are the foundation of our current system of government. Our origin was a distinct event, an event that can only be described as a miracle. Lastly, our origin is a legal issue and not a science issue.
